if you look in your UserCP it should say who it was left by. at least it does in mine. :D

and to give rep to people you click on the little "balancing scale" above your post count. usually you give people positive rep for making a good post or whatever.

can other people see which member has left them rep? i'm really not sure what to do about your problem Mel. it could be a setting somewhere in your usercp possibly, but idk for sure.

i agree...although that is the point of rep...if u give a good post with good info..then its nice to see that someone agrees with u lol

but some boards i have been on depend on rep and if u dont have much...then alot of people dont listen to u....im glade thats not how jdmcc is

The "Rep power: #" is by default set at 1. That number jumps a predetermined amount of points every time you are given rep. So even those who have never been given rep, have a rep power of 1.

Click on your user CP in the top left hand corner of your screen, I gave you rep so it would kind of give you an idea of how it works.
