Well i recently bought this SKUNK2 Conversion Harness from a frend for $70 bucks. Now my question is, what ECU should i get? im going from a obd2 to a obd1 in a 96 civic EX. It still has the d16y8 in it. but i want a lil more power out of it. So what is a good ECU set up with that motor?

P72 GSR ECU or get a P28 D16Z6 ECU....

pretty much summed it right there for vtec ..po6 for non vtec

blah.. P28 or P30... but if your gonna be modding then P28 then get it chipped for your mods..

its much easier to find a p28 than a p30 since the p28 is a 92-95 civic ex/si and the p30 is a del sohc b16a ecu.

I'm using a p75 for my sohc non vtec. Works great.

ur in luck lol I got a P28 im selling on ebay...im looking for 100 but I will let it go for whatever it ends on ebay but if u want to pay 100 now i ll end it early for 100 shipped anywhere in the US no pics yet will get them tmw sorry

p28 or Jdm p08 for vtec, p06 for non vtec. if you are interested in a non vtec i have a p06 for sale. pm me and make an offer if you want it.

well, i was looking around and i found this website called www.phearable.net and was thinking about ordering one from them, because i can order the ecu the way i want it. Has anybody orderd from them or know someone that did?
so do u think its worth it?

hello mate i got a p28 with skunk 2 chip vtec 4800rpm red line to 9200 and speed limiter removed, i keep meaning to put it up on ebay. send us a pm if you are interested, last time i looked they were going for about $180 with out shipping i would be looking at about $170 including shipping
