Hey people sorry about yesterday but this is what happened!
Taken from an email I recieved this morning concerning the site...
"To All Just-Hosting Customers:
This email is to inform you that yesterday at about 6PM PST, one of our primary servers server1.just-hosting.com suffered a RAID controller card failure. The RAID controller currently had 6 hard drives connected in RAID 10 for mirroring purposes. Unfortunately, the RAID controller failure corrupted all data on the drives. We apologize for not notifying you sooner as our website was also affected on this array. Luckily, we are prepared for these kinds of situations and we back up all of your data at least twice a week on a completely different drive array.
After installing a new RAID card through midnight we were able to get the server back online by 1AM PST. The drives are currently restoring all accounts, and this process may take an additional 2-4 hours.
We apologize for this unfortunate inconvenience and hope you are understanding of this unforeseen hardware failure. We hope you appreciate our efforts and experience in disaster recovery and remain a loyal Just-Hosting customer.
If you have any questions please contact us at support@just-hosting.com
Regards
Just-Hosting Support"
As a result of this everything after 5 March was lost we went from 118 users to 87. I am sorry for this I am working on geting a new host Asap.
Thanks
Edwin
