I have the single bend DC sports short shifter. It was on the car when I bought it so I guess I didn't really appreciate it until I drove some other non-short-shifter-equipped cars. I recently drove lthl inj's prelude and his girlfriend's accord. Let me just say that the shifting in those car's doesn't even compare to mine, I can shift alot quicker and it feels more confident shifting. I really can't imagine driving my car without now that I've had other cars to compare it to.

also, i've seen alot of threads on other boards saying they have had them break...mine's been on the car since the late 90's and i've had no problems with it
