I actually found a link on honda-tech. The bottle also says how to do it as well as the web site. It's pretty easy. I did it on mine and I'm by no means a wrench monkey.

Pretty much use 1/3 of the bottle in the brake boost vaccum line into the intake manifold, 1/3 into the crank case, and 1/3 into the gas tank. I did the vaccum line first. It's much easier if you have someone to sit in the car and control your throttle/rpms's for you. As you poor it in, and do it slow, it'll start to sputter & die on you. You need to poor it in incriments. As it starts to sputter stop, let the rpm's come back up and then poor a bit more. When you get close to the last bit of the 1/3 amount just dump it in and let the car die. While your doing this it's gonna smoke like hell. Make sure you're in a vented area.
Poor the rest 2/3 into the crank(1/3) and gas tank(1/3). Let your car sit for about 10 min. Fire it up and drive it for about 20-30 min. The first few minutes tach the hell out of it. It'll be a smoky few minutes of carbon burn off. After a while it'll be clean with no smoke, this is when you know it's done. They say you can leave it in for up to 500 miles, but I changed my oil after the car cooled down. It works real nice. I'd change my oil soon after the treatement, because the cleaner in the SeaFoam will break down the viscosity of your oil and if you wait that could be big problems.
All in all, my car ran real nice after. Not much of a noticable difference, but a smoother idle for sure. Just be aware, if you have any issues with your motor, the SeaFoam treatment could bring those out. Aka, any small leaks or places where carbon might be masking another problem. When you break it loose you might find problems you didn't think you had.
I hope this helps. I've done it once and am thinking about doing it again. If you have any q's let me know and I'll try to help.

yea we used some of this in my girlfriends cherokee, bought a used 96 4.0 HO, kinda loud/rough idle and my father said he had been using that stuff since he was a kid, awesome stuff. cleaned it right out, saw it come out of the oil when we drained it and replaced it with some synthetic. yea i know its not a honda but another success story to add to the list. -kris
