Engine Died, need help with z6 swap

sup fellow midwesters, this past wednesday night my engine pretty much started to die out, this morning it died on me twice, and is knocking like hell.
so i have decided that it is ridiculous to pay 900-1200 to have a shop do the swap for me, so im gonna try and do it at my house, im more than willing to do the labor myself, im only like 15% sure of what im doing. i can figure it out, but i really would like some help, even if u sit there and tell me what to do step by step.

im gonna have to call outta work tmrw morning, so i will have the next two days available. if any1 can come out and lend a hand, id be more than willing to reward any1 kind enough to do so.

well, so far, i just about gave up, i have currently no engine in the car, a d16z6 that is in running condition, my dx harness just needs rewired for vtec, but my trans has a 2.5 inch crack in the housing, something i foudn when i was cleaning all the oil and crap off it. so now im afraid to use it. and considering i also have a b18a1 just chillin in my garage in parts. i would love to do some work on my LS cuz thats the motor that i really want in my car, but being its disassembled, and i dont have $ to upgrade it right now. im gonna see if i can take out a personal loan, and try and bring my car to a shop, cuz im just done tryin to do it myself. plus i dont have the time to do it myself. pm me any info about ur schedule at the shop, maybe u guys can work on it?
