Soft pedal with Exey clutch

I just replaced my clutch with an oem exedy clutch. it grabs fine..but even after bleeding it...its soft as hell..whats goin on?

I'd try bleeding it again. Also, check for leaks and/or loose fittings.Maybe something came loose or broke when you were removing/installing the transmission.

I know from working at Honda that civic clutches need to be bled about 3 full times before they grab the proper way. Bleed it again

Thanks guys...i figured thats probably what it was. I just bled it again with my bro, and imma drive it around a bit today then bleed it again. I was just like.wtf, new clutch shouldn't feel this soft.... Thanks Dina

A stock clutch is pretty soft though... Atleast from what I've felt.

What stage exedy? You may have to adjust your pedal too just food for thought???

It's an oem replacement. After driving it around more earlier at my uncles funeral procession, the clutch def got a bit stiffer, and its becoming more enjoyable to drive. I'll bleed it again tomorrow.
