Yeah I don't think the wheels look too maybe paint them a different color the white just looks too bright on the car. I would like to see some new pics with the stock lights. Overall looks good! Thanks for sharing!

I think that since you are going with the whole red and black look for the rest of the car, some black rims would look really nice, But then again, i don't think you want to paint your rims huh. That's the only thing that looks off to me. Maybe they would have looked better if several parts weren't black.

i like it...the black fogs look awesome to me, they dont stick out like a sore thumb anymore, but thats my own opinion. and i also like the white mr7's on 99-00's cuz they really compliment the clear in the tails. i have mr7's in gunmetal, and they really compliment my black...faded to grey side moldings and all other faded black parts.

so i got bored on my day off so i decided to spend about 7 hours detailing my car.....it was a lot of work and it payed off....still haven't gotten my back bumper fixed from the accidednt or gotten my frony lip painted but i just threw it on in one pic to show how low it is to the ground.......but at least i have my new rims on so let me know what you all think more mods to come soon once i get the time and money.....

well today i finally finsished a 3 week long project of cutting into a screen, lots of bondo, sanding, sanding, and yea u guessed it sanding.....but finally the finshed product.....a 7" touchscreen mounted in my dash and all in all looks pretty damn good almost stock....... and as for the mobo and stuff it easily fit into a 12 disc cd changer which will be mounted in my trunk......

the specs of my carputer

1.3 GHZ Processor
1 GB DDR2 RAM
WIFI USB adapter
250 GB HDD
CDRW/DVD drive
TV Tuner

more pics of it installed just waiting on a 16' USB and VGA cable so i can mount the cd changer in the trunk.....i have a nice honda dash for the carputer it will do MP3's, movies, GPS, games, and a shit ton more

well its been a little over a year since i have owned the civic so i was bored on my day off and decided to make a timeline per say of my car over the past year.......

when i first brought her home......awww a virgin civic.....






few months later: wing and ghey halo headlights wtf was i thinking, and dropped slightly





mid winter 05: fog lights, dropped more



mid march: white motegi wheels.....mugen front lip





Mid april: diaster struck got rear ended.....craked front lip ruined white wheels (thank god) and messed up my back bumper




Summer: new wheels....still messed up back bumper....DIY type r grill





Present....repainted back bumper, new grill, new mugen lip, and carputer









well that is all..... it has been a long year but next year all that is left is motor stuff yay thx for everyone whom has helped me in one way or another!!!

so i was bored recently waiting on all my goodies i ordered to come in so i decided to update the carputer...some of you older members remember my last one ....custom molded a touchscreen monitor into the double din spot to make it look completely stock...then fabbed up an entire pc to fit inside a cd changer case i have about 10,000 songs on it and about 3,000 music videos it has WIFI and GPS and will do pretty much anything a regular PC will do...it worked ok but there is always room for improvement......

this time around got a new faster motherboard, better RAM, and a much better power supply and i am trying to fit things in the small case a little differently

here is the beginnings of it but its still a work in progress still gotta mount the hard drive and run some wires




threw the front plate on



the back of the pc and a shot of the fan setup with one blowing in and one as an exhaust




all that is left is to mount the hard drive which is tough to do so it cant move at all then mount it in the trunk and she is ready to go again

so i got some new body panels painted over the winter after someone tried to break into it....so i got a whole new door, new fenders and a front lip which they stole....looks a whole lot better this time around with new racing seats harness bar and harnesses. I have some stuff still waiting to go on the car which is Koni yellow shocks, ground control coilovers, new LCA's and new strut bars....

so i was on vacation this week and i thought i would detail the car as its nice out now and it needs to be protected this summer from the flaming ball in the sky....so i took a few pics after...also threw in pics of my new car pc setup trying to decide between my old front end program and the new one....







now for the car pc pics...for those who dont know what it is i custom made a pc with touchscreen in my dash that is hooked up to a pc that i custom made to fit into a honda cd changer...it all looks perfectly OEM which was my goal...anything you can do on a pc i can do like movies, music videos mp3's, gps, cams, odb2, you name it i can do it

So I in the process of building a new car pc for the honda It will be similar to my last build, but a few better parts.
The specs of this build:
Motheboard : Zotac 9300 1333 FSB Geforce 9300 onboard video, up to 8 GB DDR2 800 ram 12 USB ports. onbaord WIFI, and SATA

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 3.16 GHZ

RAM: 4 GB DDR2 800

Soon to come a Western Digital 1TB HDD, a new power supply and some other stuff.

Put the whole thing on the case bottom its going in which is a gutted cd changer to keep the stock look in the trunk


working on attaching a fan to the northbridge/graphics chip as it gets really hot without one, might have enough room for two as i dont want it to burn up


CD changer top on still need to install the hard drive and power supply once i get them but this is what it will look like



One intake fan near the processor and an exhaust fan on the other side

just out of sheer boreom i figured i would post up some new pics of the build.

Got a new heatsink and fan and it should cool much better then the stock one did haha





figured it will get quite hot in the car so figured it needed upgraded. rather not burn up the processor and seeing as how this is the fastest build i have seen done in a car pc application might as well do it right :P

got a different case for it instead of teh cd changer idea i went with a micro atx case which i will be hiding up front, its a little smaller then a shoebox i was just worried abut temps in the trunk and it will e less wires i have in the car with it up front. Still need to put in the hard drive and such but its a start





i am making it removable also so if i want to take it inside and game with it (yes it runs games well, i play GTA IV and crysis on it lol)

its an al black case i just have the top cover removed
