Hooters at the Pike? I've been to a few meets with a local forum down there and it's usually a good time. I can find out how much it is to reserve the group area and see how much food would be. We could either do buffet or get individual meals. I'd be willing to put some money down up front but I would need the guarantee that people will go so I don't get screwed.

PA is a bit far, especially from up here in MA. I'm looking for a good central new england spot. It all depends on the majority of who is going, if a lot of you guys from Jersey came up it would have to be a little more south to accomodate you too. I think a spot that minimizes drive time for everybody will make it more possible to make this happen.

I am going In Chrissy's Ej1 my coupe will not be out until spring GOD willing! So if you want to come out its good we are not gonna trash people's cars for no reason! I have 4 kids from my prior marriage I have a son coming from Chrissy and I have one step Daughter who belongs to Chrissy! If it ends up being on a weekend we have the kids then we will take the Durango with the Ej1 in tow or me driving it!

I am not sure about the cape. Lionel said something to me at work today about a few parks in central Ma that might work but we are not sure yet.

I will talk to Chrissy tonight and this weekend to see what we can come up with!

Since Lionel doesn't delete messages from his inbox, I'm posting this here - in reply to his meet location. ;)

Depending on what you want, theres a few places in Central MA that are good, photogenic meeting areas. Here's a few that I have been to:

1- Purgatory Chasm State Park: Right off my exit on 146, tons of parking in the off-season (fall), lots of nice scenery, BBQ facilities, bathrooms and it's close to a convenience store and pizza place.

2- Hopkington State Park: Right off Route 85, easy to get to via rt.9 or mass pike. Big park with tons of parking and easily spots for 30+ cars. On the water, and in the woods.

3-Wachusett State Park: Top of a mountain, parking can be dicey plus it's not easy to get to. But probably the best place for pictures. The Wicked Big Meet (subarus) was held there this year.

I know of a few other parks around the Quabin resevior area, and theres also a few places further north. But the first two would be my pick.
