Things you added to your Interior for convience.

There are just things you can add to your car that will give more convience to you. Here are mine:


-OEM armrest (more storage options)
-OEM audio console...more DIN slots + ability for more storage slots
-Taurus Cupholders (since cupholders are eliminated cause of audio console)
-Recaros so they hugg me when I sit in them :japanflag:

I'll think of other things when I remmeber hehe.

i dont even use my armrest..but the cup holder is used everyday..hate how i cant fit giganto size am/pm quenchers in it.i have some nx floor mats...but the thing is i have nx express =)

all i have is the armrest and my eclipse double din navigational system which is still sitting in my cousins room waiting to be installed, been there for almost a year lol. need too customize my stereo and climate control if i want to install it or just buy the audio console and put it there.

i need a new steering wheel but thats because i have a EF steering wheel in mine lol but i see no point in the double din witht he block off plate if it were me i wld get a single block off plate for the OEM slot and then put the tray on the optionl console and the deck on top but to each his own lol :TU:

no, I didn't have cupholders that worked, the fold thing was cracked in half, so now I have the single cupholder in the armrest that works great and i literally had no front center console, just the bare frame there

g-rat--I highly recommend the sol seats, they sit lower than stock and are a lot more comfortable and supportive than the stockers, I can also fit in them more than the stock ones because with my height the steering wheel hit my legs in the stock seats...i also like how you feel closer to the road

yea i always get the big drinks~~~ they never fit in the cup holders any way. i use one of those metal 6-pack holders the pizza guys use. (my buddy gave me from a past job at dominoes he had..lol)
im still working on the pics thing..
im gonna do seats also. right now im trying an integra seat to see if i like it . so far yes/no.... sits lower better bolsters an has the lumbar deal.but doesn't bolt up only 2 diagonally.the back doesnt sit up far enough for me like stock and of couse really doesnt match the interior.


im possibly going to buy some wrx black 2005 seats. there awsome and brand new.were removed first thing. front bolts and bracketing are exactly the same and bolt up stock the rears will need a little fabbing the inner rear will need to bolt into the trans channel under the center console. will use tap and die set. and the outer by the doors are a straight drill and bolt through the floor (like a roll cage assembly) with a steel 1/2 spacer

and they fit,look,funnction awsome. and i retain stock belt assembly aslo.. only drawback is 2 more non working airbags in the honda.(as im illegally disconected the 2 in there now) only draw back to these is they sit a little higher than stock and im 6.2in tall so my alredy snug driving wheel is now on my nees i will need to do a aftermarket wheel with a hub extension _or_ a removable wheel hub??

the console was already butcherd when i got it e-bay gone bad..
so i figured its set up to be ricy so why not...? all those little holes are there already so i made a new plate and filled it up again.

my son from marrige before (13) loves the neons........ :TD: i coulnt bring my self to actually do it...:japanflag: the switches are not hooked up to anything.they are for all the imaginary james bond gadgets. :rockon:

im hopeing to be fabing them in . tue-wed and cleaning it up thrsday..

in my ej2 i have an alpine deck, boston pro components, 10" sub. ex clock, civic LX 5spd cluster. ( has tach and gas/temp ) in the midst of reupholstering door inserts. undecided on seat choices, still have to sit in some del sol seats. i defineately like the teg sets though. ive got a tan armrest taht i could toss in there. but its tan.... so F that

EJ2's are not made for taller people...Is it just me or does the Ej2 stock seats seem too small? I'm around 6 feet and i find my back is way too tall for the seat and my head goes up past the head rest, when I'm sitting like I'm supposed to. When i'm sitting up the rear view mirror blocks my view, making a blind spot when coming to a intersection, not good. Anyone else expirencing similar problems? I could always go gangsta lean... :lol: A new seat would be nice, I've seen some knockoff "type R style" seats for 380$ shipped for a pair on jdmcarboy.com Comprimizing confort for price? Are cheapers seats good?

i've sat in replica Recaro SRDs and lemme tell you one thing. as long as you are fairly large (widthwise) it will be a comfortable seat. Me being a waist 32, the replicas don't hold me in well as they seem to be made for 36+ waist sizes. The Real SRD has a maxium of 230lbs and size 36 i believe as largest size for good fit.

Well I got an alpine cd mp3 deck..some mtx 6.5's a autometer volts guage(my bloody battery seems to just sneak up and die on me all the time:frown:) a autometer vacumm guage( I just like watching the needle move:D). Oh, a nice big extendable under my carpet (no joke:mad: ), and thats about all I can think of

Looks much nicer when the floor is DARK BLACK instead of that charcoal color..

yeah the cloth pattern is different and the color of the seats are charcoal blackish, and the headrest has a square in em rather than cotton like the 96 civic ex seats.

to me the SI seats sit a lil higher, which i liek, integra seats and the stock seats i use to have sat a lil lower, the integra seats feel like buckets and hug ya....
