washed my car in the rain today and then snapped some quick pics before it got too dark, here they are. nothing great, just a few quickies cuz i havent taken any in awhile and I was bored.

Tomorrow I'm heading to the dealer to pick up the amber bulbs to convert the climate control to amber lights as well to match the cluster... should be pretty sweet, more pics coming soon.

the good news is that I just remembered that my host has a function that shrinks the pics on the web, reduces quality significantly, and it goes from full size to half size, so I can redo the [IMG] tags and get pics that are 400x300.

no problems here man, everybody can get annoyed at things now and then, but we do try to keep things civil around here. after all, we're all coupe enthusiasts celebrating the same hobby, so there's no need to get too flustered.

however, in lieu of this thread, i installed a mod to the board that will automatically resize pictures that are too large down to a 640x480 size. it then makes the picture a clickable image that will then open a new window with the full-size image.

your coupe is looking really good though man. glad you made it over this way to JDMCC. :D

not a whole lot... I want to pick up another front lip of some variety, not sure what yet, a benen tow hook set probably, and maybe some more suspension goodies (rear upper bar, sway bar, maybe some new adjustable shocks) but i dont want to spend too much money on the car... next year im going to have to pay for food and stuff in my apartment, so i need to save up money over the summer, cant afford to go blowin it all on the car.

I'm gonna go with the Password:JDM front lip because I'm not a huge fan of the CTR or SiR on a coupe... SiR is best and it's still sub par in my book, not a huge fan of it.

I washed and waxed the car today, first time in a long time, it needed it badly, so then I took some pics with my mom's new Nikon D50 DSLR. incredible camera, i want one...

Ya, a nice virgin civic to play with thats great. I think its great when u get a car thats completly stock, to build up and watch the improvements. And when u can find a nicely built 92-95 civic without any bondo, thats almost impossible these days.

I got my Buddy Club exhaust today... went with the Pro Spec catback, got it installed (was a huge bitch... **** rust, I ended up cutting my N1 pipe instead of undoing the bolts...

here's some pics of the system, I took a few pics of it on the car, but they didnt come out, so I'll post some of those tomorrow.




The exhaust sounds very nice... While I was down there, I also replaced my cat with a relatively new OEM cat from a 99 Si. That caused the only problem with my exhaust install, I busted my o2 sensor trying to take it out of my cat to put in the new one, so I have a CEL due to the messed up O2 sensor.

oh well, I love the new system, it sounds great, and I think with the silencer in it will be about the level of loudness that I want.

as you can see in the video, the silencer really doesnt do a whole lot on this system...

i got a new photoshoot with the fogs with a CLEAN CAR!!! woot woot. washed and took some pics this evening, in the process of resizing and editing and such, should be up later tonight.

I'm now 95% keeping them clear, I like the flow with the headlights...

Haven't done a big update in awhile, so here's one with my OEM foglights and Buddy Club Pro Spec catback exhaust. Also notice my OEM Antenna Block Off Plate. the antenna used to stick out like a sore thumb, so I got the plate and now it's a much smoother, cleaner look.

this is my last photoshoot in central ohio, as I'm going back to champaign illinois for school, and my parents are moving to Lake Forest Illinois at the end of the month. I think I made it a pretty good final shoot. I washed, polished, and waxed the car today, along with an interior detail last weekend, so everything is squeaky clean.
