I actually just helped my friend do a rear disc swap on his car this past weekend and all we needed was the actual rear disc setup and it bolted right up...so I'm not sure what piece you're referring to!

ummmm.. as long as you have the entire arm you will be fine... make sure you run the ebrake lines from the ex.. you might have to get it from a dealer.. but make sure its off the civic... if im not mistaken you can run the GSR ones but they will be a bit long... so adjustment will have to be made...
here you go you can thank me later... eheh JKbrake install (http://hybrid.honda-perf.org/tech/brakeswap.html)
Ok am I the only one who reads the stickies here? Possible brake swaps (http://www.jdmcoupecouncil.com/forum/showthread.php?t=70)

GSR ebrake cables will be too short..

And what parts are needed for front brakes swap from GSR to EJ2? Calipers, discs and brake pads are obvious. What else?
Next problem: GSR has ABS. EJ2 don't. Any problems to expect?

the steering knuckles + hub.. Basically the whole part that connects to the lower control arm and the upper control arm. GSR has ABS just don't use the extra lines.
As far as other parts, you will need a larger master cylinder:
couple options:
run your existing civic booster and run a 91 civic EX 15/16th MC
run intergra booster + integra RS master cylinder (since no ABS)
You also will need a proportioning valve to maximise your ratio of braking since drum rears dont act the same as rear disc under extreme demand.
there is more to read but...i'm sure that stickie should cover it.. if not ask away!
