i believe there are clips on the back of the moldings. you might need to take off the inner door panel to get at em. either that or they're stuck on with 3M tape. in that case grab a hairdryer and heat up the adhesive til you can pull it off the car.

u can pull them off from the outside but u will break the clips doin it so u cant put the stock the ones back on.....not really sure if u can get to them from taking out the door panals.....its worth a shot

you can take them off using the door panel method. It's much more time consuming but you can reuse the stock moldings :)

becareful when taking them off like that you can dent the panels by doing it to hard

I have taken mine off a few times by taking off the door panels and the back seat panels (all easy to take off) :TU:

not meaning to thread jack.....but are they thinner vertically (shorter from top to bottom).....or just more flush to the panels?

i would advise against "ripping" them off like another numbnut said. you risk tweaking the holes in your door for them...do it the right way..

remove your door panel, leave you window up and inspect the clips to decide how you want to remove them. needle nose pliers work.

remove your rear interior panels and do the same. the fenders will need to come off and to do that, you need to remove your sideskirts..and also you mudguards if you have them. go from there. good luck

for the fender i just pull out the splash lining when i replaced my fender..you can actualy reach the clips from there...2 only i remember....make sure u dont tweak the fender at all or the door will hit the fender and chip paint is the outcome
