i've been in a Ford GT(the GT40, not the mustang)... stock for stock, it's put alot of cars i have ever driven to shame. i've driven a friends Viper & it's prolly pretty close to it. that ford runs 11's from the factory. prolly the fastest car i have ever driven has to be a drag vette my friends dad has, 9.57 in the 1/4. scared the crap out of me...litterly...:eek:

whenever i want i can take my 70 cougar out that has a 351. i'm saving to throw a T5 tranny in so it should be bit more fun. besides that i've driven an 04 Z06, 05 M3, and a 450hp 66 Mustang. I guess it's the sound and the sheer weight and force behind the older cars, it just seems like they are so much faster. I know in reality that the vette and bmw would work my cougar, but the stang would be tough. it's fully prepped for roadcourse racing so it's not only fast, it handles like a mofo for an old car.

he has about 18 incredibly fast cars mostly european. and some i cant recall the names of but if you can think em he's got at least one..then he has a hand full of imports and domestics he just tears up as far as im concerned .... i would treasure but he's loded and can do as he pleases i suppose...i would take a nsx or one of the sti's off his hands... or even the old rx7 (rotory) but im workin on him... when he get board he lets things go cheap. as long as its not a euro-car..

there is one i really like its all carbon fibre. doors open up and it scares the hell out of me wich is fairly hard to do but it was up to nearly 300mph..
on the highy way which is verry long and straight here. but seemed very very short that day.lololol

Some of the faster cars I have driven would have to be MY OWN!!! j/k, although it is pretty quick, but im not that big headed. I have driven an S2000, 06 mustang gt, my dads 69 mopar powered camaro (440 punched out to 454 cubic inches), that runs low 12's high 11's, my cousins 04 350z, 68 shelby gt500 mustang, another cousins 454 69 chevelle, a buddies b20 powered 93 hatch, an 02 trans am lightly modded. and I have riden in a 94 rx7 that another friend had that was built by pettit racing, and was guaranteed to 45 lbs of boost, when i rode in it it was at 30 lbs, and after that everything i rode in felt slow as hell, kinda ruined it for me!! I have never felt anythinfg like that in my life.

Fastest cars I have driven are my girlfriend's dad's 2000 Dodge Viper ACR w/ straight pipe exhaust (loud as hell) and my brother's 1986 Ford T-bird (5.0 V8). The t-bird is a high 10 second car. in the 1/4.

I've driven some pretty fast cars...several M3's and corvettes, 1970 AMX w/390, 1968 Shelby GT500KR, 1976 911 Turbo(stock), 1983 911 turbo(650hp roughly...very scary), a few jags, mercedes S600's but the most fun I ever had driving a car was a Ferrari 348 spyder. Wasn't a long drive but shifting from 2nd to 3rd at about 92 mph was quite a kick in the pants fun. oooohh and that sound.....mmmmm

well if i was lying i would have said like 200mph, but i know it isnt possible to go that fast in a GT2, but for real dude i did do it and it was the scariest thing i have ever done. glad i wasnt driving. when i got out of the car my head hurt so bad, and i could feel in my kidneys where he had punched it and it sucked me into the seat so hard.

705 hp S/C Corvette Z06, i did 184 in it and nearly shat myself. but iv ridd'n in a car that was faster, i had the privalige to ride in a 1968 Pro-street camero that ran a 7.13, in the 1/4. it was fk'n awesome. i have never experienced that kind of rush.
