The Advance Auto I work at had recently added Keystone Distribution to it's vendor list, and now we can order direct (as apposed to ordering through another distributor). That means the markup system is left in our hands. Markup to retail customers can be as much as 40-58% over cost. This appears as 'list' in the normal retail setup (what someone would show you if you walked in off the street and wanted to order something through Keystone). There is a "hidden" price, that is ACTUAL cost of the part.
I know a lot of guys on here have people they go through normally for parts, and websites they love. And I'm not looking to step on anyone's toes who already sells parts. But provided you can drive to Northbridge to pick it up, I can offer parts for basically $13 over COST. We, as employees get it for $13 over cost ($5 mark-up, and $8 shipping, which everyone pays). I'm not doing this to make money, but since I discovered it last night I figured I'd share it with everyone since the spring is comming really soon. To explain the prices, heres an example.
Apexi WS2 for 92-00 Civic EX/Si 2-dr. Retail list is $519.66. OUR cost is $386.43. It works out to be $400 SHIPPED to my location. Anywhere online, unless you have a sponsor deal, you will find it for about $398 + shipping, the LOWEST.
As far as parts selection goes, mostly anything I can look up. Autometer, EBC, Brembo, Eibach, Skunk2, Progress, Apexi, DC sports, AEM, etc. Most of the catalogs I have right now are pretty recent, but the Apexi listings and DC sports are outdated by about 2 years. I can also get lighting products, interior stuff and a lot of domestic parts.
If you are interested, shoot me a PM about a part you are looking for. If you know the MFG catalog part #, that works too. Mind you, some things Keystone doesn't normally stock and it might take a few days to get, but common parts take 2-3 days to get.
