well everyone here is my rebuild thread :D
my baby when i got her.
after i got her a new hood
after she got sprayed
after rims :D
the good old y8
with type r lip
and the most recent pics, with leather interior and stock mirrors and tails on
si guages woot
you stay classy coupe council :D
your Midwest coupe is looking good man. i don't know what it is, but that last pic just looks really cool. this will be a good car to see in person this summer when we get some meets going for MWC.
you're already off to a great start with plenty of potential to make it even better. :D

I like the leather interior...mmm... car lookin goooood bro! Keep up the good work.
It looks pretty good on the outside, just a few adjustments on body fitment. I'm not feeling the green on the interior though.
The wheels look awsome on it and nice Si guadges.

yeah the green is from the ricer stages of her :( i got a friend hookin me up with his interior stuff out of his old coupe...to get rid of that rancid stuff

well i put the coupe up for sale the other day, have had a few calls on it and a few people look at it while i was at work but no offers yet...
I dont really know what to ask for it though...I have been telling people $4,500
Since you all have seen pics and i will leave a few details in this post what do you think I should ask for?

EVO 8/9 MR.... good move up if it goes through... i just hope you do know what your getting yourself into... expect to change the clutch and flywheel withing the first six months of owning it.... and say hello to nothing but premium octane fuel and nothing less then syntethic oils... also say hello to pricey ass tires... oh and did i mention changing the clutch and flywheel will be a pain in the A$$ and if you decide to pay for it... get ready to pay a good like 500 bucks for just labor... just an FYI

good! have fun running around with the srt4 boys and wrx guys...there egos are as big as their car payments. the only other car i would only considering buying that is new is a nsx.PERIOD i mean the 4g63 from the evos are great runnings motors...just dont be one of those jerks who think they can rev up on everybody cuz they have a awd turbo. but hey its ur choice to ...its a nice car belive me ..only thing is that i have like over 10 friends who own them 15 who own wrx and 7 srt4...sure they can beat me in race..but i built my car up to keep up with them and i have the satisfaction of knowing that i can throw in a bigger stronger faster motor than any of those cars have for swaps uptodate.half the price and twice the ego and higher the rev :honda:

Very well put...I've heard about that myself.
To me, nothing beats owning and modifying a Honda...they're cheaper, easier to work on and a whole lot more reliable than anything else out there. But good luck with your new car if you do get it.

im a :honda: guy all the way i mainly just want to get rid of my car as of right now hopefully get the car i want but if that doesnt go as planned i'll be jumpin on a new honda in no time :D I have respect for any car whether it be american or foreign but seeing as how i drive a honda right now and see how the srt4s and wrx's act against me im not gonna do the same

well maybe when he got his car it was in perfect condition...many problems..maybe he works full times and school whatever and he cant afford to miss aday due to car failure.having a new car gives the reliability factor a up...otherwise if ur like me i spend midnight to work on my car and leave to work in the morning

well maybe i know him, he goes to highschool with me, and is my friend. there is nothing wrong with his car, in fact im the one who sold him the leather interior for dirt ass cheap.

im dreamin i wont be able to afford this...but the civ is still being sold....whether i get another honda i dont know for sure yet we'll wait and see...but the evo i wish....i dont know what im gonna end up gettin for sure yet been shoppin around for a bit of everything from another civ to a srt4 or somethin like i said we'll see what shows up into o-town one day

I'm not trying to bash you or anything, what you do with your money is none of my business, but an srt-4 is like a crayola crayon, no matter what color you get their all the same, and noone wants to do anything to it, because then the warranty is void. I would get alot more satisfaction taking a stock honda/nissan/etc.... and making it alot faster than an srt with the same amount, or even less money than what one of those costs. But thats just me. I am interestd in seeing what you come up with though.

to that i say no. :TD: IMO its better to build a car than to just buy one that's completed. besides, you could take all the extra money you'd be spending on that hatch and just drop a new built motor into your coupe. idk, just my two cents.

another plan i had would suite you a little more mike of buying a decent crx shell and puttin a b18c or h22a in it cost half the price of that hatch but not as fast and i can say i did the work :D :rockon:
