another civic was on pinks last night, and for the third time in a row it lost, i wish somebody would actually take a good drag civic to win for once, this guy had an h22 with nitrous and lost to a mustang

it just seems like the people that go there with civics dont really have a track worth car... or atleast one that can put up a great fight with muscle cars.... also you got to remember that people that go there to race now play mind games... so they seem a bit slower and get the advantage in the end to win the car.... i know ... better yet i've seen a few good 11 sec street civics that would dominate on there but their owners have an actual brain and know how hard they worked on their car to get it to where it is and will not risk losing... the only civic i've seen on their was a red coupe that was gsr turbo.. SUPPOSEDLY making 600HP at the wheels... that shiet looked like 300hp TOPS... that kid looked like he didnt know how to launch.. i dont even thing he had a TWO STEP!? but yeah.. i wish someone would step up and rep the HONDAS.. if i had the funds believe me I WOULD!!

yeah i saw that episode last night also. it's too bad these clowns are giving the import scence a bad name and representation on tv. just when we were beginning to earn more respect these guys go on the show.

that show is such a mind f*ck no matter what kind of car is racing. they agreed they both had 13-14 sec. car, that Stang was much faster than that. i think they should have to provide some kind of documentation of a recent time slip for the car racing to make these races a bit more equal. i'm tired of seeing the 15 car length bs. it's much more fun to watch guys go heads up and the decision made on reaction and driving skill, not if a 200hp car can have a 15 car advantage against a 500hp car. to me that's not really drag racing and it takes away the excitement level.

sorry to rant. i do enjoy the show and the idea behind it. there have been some great races and some legit people. we'll see how the future episodes turn out.

i watched full race lose their shit but you know it wasnt the car its the godamn SUPERMAN drivers that they think they are. Sandbagging and all that shit is what has them losing.

Head to head driving, with enough time to tune will get civics a win. But im sorry, its just been really poor decisions on their own part.

If you have comcast you can add it for an additional $5 to your bill.. get the sports package and make sure it comes with it.

ok just hit up full race.. and seems like they were running stock sleeve D16Y8! yes they were running on aftermarket pistons and a built head.. 30PSI.... at like 460HP... the nitrous was seriously set up to have a lee way on a car advantage... and they reason they started to get slower was because of a faulty turbo clamp/coupler... also they guys from Speed Machine sandbaged the shiet out of the RX-7.... they are a shop about 20mins away and one of my friends used to get stuff from them and knows them personally.. that thing can move..

I think they should get some cameras on their feetwork. I am more than sure some of them peeps have let off towards the end. Yeah, all the imports on that show have let me down so far. I think the most dissapointing part was the civic vs the Pontiac WS6 when the civic team wanted 15 car lengths. Come on man, hell, they should have just said "well, we would like to be a foot from the finish line" peeps like that that piss me off!!!

alright guys, i come from a family that is all muscle car. and i get discrimnated against b/c i like smaller displacement motors. dont get me wrong but i am into muslce cars too. just like engine theory says "there is no replacement for displacement" there comes a time when you just cant bore your motor out anymore and it relies on n20 or f.i., meaning you can only push so much hp. smaller displacement motors rely on power to weight ratio.

now i didnt see the last two import episodes primarly b/c i saw the first one with the red civic........ im not gonna even start on how STUPID that guy is with the civic. i believe he wanted like 25 car lengths. one way or another that is no way to drag. its not even worth it. the guy in the firebird didnt even have a 2nd gear, his tranny was failing. and the guys in the red civic couldnt even get anything together. its one thing not being able to launch cause your a 20 y.o. newb who prob bought the damn thing from ebay and dont know how to drive it, its another when you blame the opposing team for your own mistakes.

another thing i didnt respect was that at the last race when he was about to lose the civic, and "found" the hp from the line that was supposedly removed from the other team, he pumped his boost by like 2x, i think it was like 30psi. and he didnt care if he won or not or even if the motor blew apart. and he still lost. i like the ending remarks when the firebird guy drove away with his car though and stated that he will be giving it to his kids as a "play toy" LOL -kris

here is the funny part...on EVERY SINGLE EPISODE, every car by the last race is dead, dying, or falling apart. How in the hell do you expect to be a reputable company, if your car can last at most, 6 runs???

ok, i did see that pink civic race last night against the rx-7, all i give them props for is the fake nos bottle, that was pretty smart to do. i like when they reviewed over the cars before racing when they stepped over to the rx-7, the team had no idea what the hell they were looking at lol, nobody was saying anything but "it has a turbo" i wish i knew more about rotary motors myself. -kris

ok the season finalley is HASPORT H22 CRX VS. A VW BUG.... lets just say the ending isnt something expected..... oh yeah... the CRX is a 12 sec car..... while the BUG is a 10 sec. I heard they are doing a rematch for them but this time hasport is building... TURBO H22 CRX!!!!
