So when my car was stolen, it was found dead with the fuel line sliced (nitrous solinoids were there) and the ignition oin the on position. When I powered it up, no fuel pump power.

Today I replaced the fuel pump with a new one because the guy that works at advance told me it could be burt. (ok) So I did that powerd it up and still nothing. All it does is cranks. So basically no power to fuel pump and fuel rail has no fuel.

Note: I checked the fuse box (inside car) and fuel pump was fine, but in the engine bay I am missing my fuse box cover and can not see the diagram. Missing 2 fueses. Searched all over honda-tech and google. All I could find was the main fuse realay under the dash but all that was intact the thieves didn't take that.

PM me your email address and I'll try to send you an electronic copy of the 96-00 Civic Dealer Service Manual. Its in PDF format and is 69.2Meg so I cannot attach it to the reply.

found out about the diagram. All fuses are good. Fuel Pump is getting power but it wont turn on. I traded distributors with my boy cause my car was totaled and he needed one badly. Could a bad distributor cause this problem?

Check your main relay, try hitting it with a screwdriver or something while you crank the car over. They go bad all the time without warning.

Tried it. I hear clicking noise from main relay and engine bay fuse box. Can the distributor be the problem? Im not sure it belongs on the b16a2. I has 2 other plugs that just hang there.????

Check to see if you're getting spark, if not then yeah, it could be the distributor. What do you mean by 2 other plugs?
