All hydrolic B-series trannys are interchangable. This means all 94-01 integra, or OBD1+ b16's (jdm) and Usdm 99-00 Si trannys.
The cable ones are the same as well, but require a cable shifter setup on the car.
Best fluid would be honda OEM manual tranny fluid. Its best for a stock transmission. If its built internally, then thats a different story. ( use things like Royal purple gear oil)

Yeah it will bolt right up. MTF is good but the new stuff is kinda thin, 10w30 is fine for older trannies and it's cheaper. Never use gear oil, like 80w90 or you'll ruin your tranny. Trust me I can speak from experience.

so Lionel would you suggest I use 10w30 motor oil for my tranny??? Cause honestly on all my 5-speed cars I had, I only used motor oil and never gear oil.... I never had a problem with it... Some people say it is better anyways for older cars like you said...
