found a disconected relay

well do not know if it is a relay but while changing some fuses i found a box that was disconected ,, it says CONTL (ASSY) INTERLOCK , does anybody knows what it does or what is it,, it is a blue box wich looks like the main relay ..

im pretty sure that has something to do with automatics...I rember seeing it on dmacedos car when he did the a/t-m/t conversion.

i could be related to a\t since my car was an a\t ,, but wanted to be sure since it is the first time i see it ,, so it probably is ok if it's disconected since my car now is m\t
