can someone tell me what's the normal price rate for putting a motor on time? Mine is little off and i am just wondering how much that goes for.

do you mean the ignition timing? i don't see someone charging that much to do it unless they're trying to rip you off. try to find someone with a timing gun and have them show you how to do it, it's not hard and only takes a few minutes at most. that way you'll be able to do it yourself whenever you need to.

well what kind of car and motor is it on?
My bf usually charges 100. That’s for just changing a timing belt. It’s recommended that you change the cam shaft seals, crank shaft seals, water pump, and all the belts when you change your timing... Just routine maintenance

if its a timeing belt job then no more than $300....at least thats how much the shops around here charge

if its ignition timeing.....then no more than $60-65....its not that hard to do either

I have an Itr motor in a 92 hatch. The timing belt is already on, the car runs but i know the timing is a little off. I just want to fix that. It was built not to long ago. I know it's not that hard. My friend and I usually do it, but since I just moved i don't any tools or nothing.

A full timing belt job cost me 70 bucks is all. for a D16Y8
