i'm using some cloth GSR fronts. i like them much better than the stock seats. the stock 96-98 civic seats are the worst seat honda has ever made. these have somewhat of a side bolster and are overall more comfortable.

I'm not sure because i have the 4door rails and those are a little taller than the stock civic seats. The vision low rails is what I've come to love as it keeps you sitting almost 2inches lower than stock which gives you a nice sport car feeling.

i had to get longer studs for the rear bolts near the center console, but it sits the same as the stock EJ1 seats..so comfy, so tight!!

damn you have the same rails as I do. They are actually DB8 rails, they sit slightly taller than the DC2 rails.


extra info that most people don't know that the Black ITR recaros come from the 4door and their seat rails are about 1/2inch taller than the DC2 ones. It kinda bugs me which is why I will get a set of DC2 rails soon.

and im nearly in the roof. but i slouch a little and i drive with the wheel nearly in my lap. really i need an aftermarket wheel & a hub adapter+extension. and all will be well . although i am used to it now it was a little weird at first. but great for tight ass turn at 45 per mile:TU:

Hey guys, got a dilemma and was wondering if I can get some help.
I am 5'8" and my dad is 5'4" and we have RSX-S leathers in our EJ. The problem is that it sits way too high for me and about right for my dad. It is next to impossible for me to find a comfortable seating position for driving. Does anyone have any suggestions to possibly lower it some? I have to basically sit pretty much far back and close to upright. When it comes to cornering I have to climb out of the seat to steer.

yep integra seats in 92-95 civics fit fine, i got 99-00 si seats in my gf's 93 ex coupe, just one of the 4 bolts that hold the seat down are off by about .250 inch or so......

if you have EK rails

3 of the bolts will fit. the perpendicular bolt will not line up.


if you have DC rails, all 4 bolts will bolt in. :)

prefer them to DC2 ones personally, they're slightly wider at the top of the back bolster so makes em a bit easier to get in and out of!! plus, they're newer than DC2 ones so are in better condition.

I'd reccommend them any day over 'replicas' - always better to wait for originals if you can!!
