AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator, Which orifice to use????

Hi guys, i was speaking to a friend the other day and he was telling me about the orifices that come with the AEM fuel pres reg, and he read that depending on what fuel pump you are using depends on what orifice you should use.

the orifice sizes as most are aware are Black = .100, Silver = .150 and Gold = .200

AEM say use the black if you are running stock honda pump, my friend informed me as i am running the walboro 255lph high pressure i should run the silver orifice, he also read that if you have the wrong orifice installed it can affect your emisions?

Does any one have any good info on this matter is it true? should i run the silver orifice?

I don't have any experience with this particular part but to answer your other question regarding emissions; incorrect fuel pressure can have a negative effect on emissions and can cause the car to run poorly or sustain engine damage.
