ok, so heres a video of my engine misfiring. ive replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter. and now ive almost narrowed it down to something related to the distributor. i need any1 to give me their opinions after seeing this video, and maybe being able to make a guess from that.

EDIT: HAHAAH heres the vid....im a moron

Honestly I think there is something wrong with your cluster or the wiring to the tach the car did not sound like it was misfiring. what you have sir is an official electrical problem. Let me see if I can get on the Honda internet site today and look up any info on it for you!

well, i tested my ignition coil and it was reading 1.2 ohms instead of the .6 - .8 that it should be reading, so i called HMO and hes sending me out a coil. not to mention that in the video, the car almost stalled out. and i started a second video right after i recorded that, and the car died right after i started recording.

i did the swap for him... car definitely has a misfire and is apparent at idle...

led us to beleive it was the coil or ignitor because every time it misfired it would throw the tach off a bunch and do a needle dance...

well see what the new parts do

Ya, thats what I'd say it is. My hatch did the same thing. The way is sounded was what pissed me the hell off... anyway It was my blaster coil. Went to Autopart store, picked up an MSD coil and problem solved!! Let me know if u guys figure out what it was.

well, i just replaced the ignition coil that HMO sent out to me, i noticed a little bit of the tach but it happened twice....very very little twitches, so i took it for a drive...nothing, came back home, then went to gas station, saw it a little more as the car was under load. then filled up on 93 octance instead of regular. then saw it a lil more after i pulled outta the gas station. then i figured that by the time all the old gas gout outta the fuel lines, and started to inject the 93, it seemed to had gone away.

so... im gonna start it up tmrw mornin b4 i go to work, if it idles fine, im gonna give it a try to work. wish me luck

update...still misfiring after ignition coil removal, pulled the plugs out...2 weeks after install, only 5 or 6 days of driving on them and a friend agreed that they had way too much carbon on them considering how short of a time period they have been in there.

Only other thing I could think to do is break down and pull out all ur wire harnesses, and or may be faulty ECU.

just to update every1, i brought the car to top setup and charlie got the issue resolved, my ecu was messed up, and the ignitor had to be replaced.
